Tuition and Fee Schedule

ENROLLMENT FEE:
Enrollment $125 per student
MATRICULATION FEE: $490 per student
Includes book rental, facility improvement, AACS membership dues, Stanford Achievement Test, lab supplies, and other curricula supplies.

EXPLANATION OF FINANCIAL CHARGES:
Enrollment Fee: The enrollment fee must be paid, all necessary paperwork must be completed, and accounts must be paid current in order to hold a students place in CSOS. All enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Early Payment Discount: Those who pay the entire school costs (Enrollment Fee,
Matriculation Fee, and Regular Tuition) by June 30 will receive 5% discount off the tuition amount.
Matriculation Fee: The Matriculation Fee covers the cost of book rental, student accident insurance, American Association of Christian Schools membership fee, the annual Stanford Achievement Test, lab supplies, and other curricula supplies. The Matriculation Fee will be charged in 2 installments of $245 each and will be due on June 1 and July 1. Because the school incurs the matriculation expenses based upon your child's enrollment, the full amount of the Matriculation Fee will be required even if your child transfers from CSOS, and it is not refundable. It should be understood that all textbooks , workbooks, and other curricula materials are the property of CSOS and are simply rented by the students.
Tuition: For those who choose to pay tuition on a 10-month plan, the due dates are the first day of each month beginning in August and continuing through May.
Late Payments and Returned Checks: If payments are not received when due (the first day of each month) a $35 late fee will be assessed. If checks are returned unpaid by the bank, a $35 fee will also be charged. If a student's bill is delinquent by two months, that student will be dismissed from attendance until the account is paid in full to the current month and will be placed on a probationary status.
Other Deadlines: Accounts must be current before a student may begin the second semester. Students with balances on their accounts may not graduate, re-enroll, receive transcripts, or have transcripts sent to prospective colleges/universities.
Refunds: If a student withdraws from school, he/she will be charged tuition only for the days enrolled. Any unused tuition amount will either be credited or refunded upon request. All other charges (including the entire Matriculation Fee) are due and non-refundable.
Physical Education Uniform: For those in middle school and high school students enrolled in a Physical Education class, a CSOS PE uniform must be purchased from the school. The cost per uniform is $25.
Athletic Participation Fee: A pay-to-play fee per sport will also be payable prior to participation. This fee helps pay some of the overhead expenses of providing a sports program such as referee fees, balls, and equipment, etc. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the individual player and their parents.
